An application has been filed jointly signed by the parties on 04.11.2022, stating that the dispute between the parties has since been settled for repair and change the problematic parts of mobile set of the complainant in full and final settlement of the claim. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
