Perusal of the record shows that complainant is not appearing since 14.09.2023 Today is the 3^rd consecutive hearing on which complainant is not present. Even otherwise complainant was directed to implead necessary party in the memo of parties. But till now netiher he appeared nor he complied the order with. Coram cannot inclined to accommodate complainant any further. Therefore the case is dimissed in default under detailed observation in view of non-complinace, non-appearance, non-prosecution. The case is dismissed. File be consigned to record room.
