  2. M/s New Katyal Electronics, Kisan Basti road, Nilokheri, District Karnal, thorugh its Prop./partner Mr. Mukesh & Mr. Ashok.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Vinod Kumar, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Advocate.

        Sh. Mohit Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-1.

      

         Today the case is fixed for filing the written version on behalf of the OP-1 and notice to the OP-2.

                Learned counsel for the OP-1 has suffered a separate statement that for the sake of good will of the company, the company is ready to replace the Air Conditioner of the complainant with new one of same specifications as per the satisfaction of the complainant, subject to deposit the old unit with the service centre. Two weeks time may kindly be given for providing the replacement. Further if the complainant wants to get another AC amounting more than invoice value in question than he will have to pay the difference amount. No installation charges will be charged.

                 On the other hand, complainant has suffered separate his statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1. So he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
