                                    Counsel for the J.D.has placed on record receipt showing that Rs. 5000/- has been paid to the decree holder. He further produced on record that Sh.Pankaj Malik, decree holder has also given in writing  that he has received Rs.5500/- and besides this, he also undertook that LG Electronics India Pvt.Ltd. has replaced the old refrigerator with new one and nothing is due towards the decree holder. Since the decree holder himself has admitted the claim and undertaking has been placed on record. Hence, present execution application stands dismissed as fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
