ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  Complainant Shri Sudhir Dhaka has settled the matter with OP.  Upon his consent, the company has repaired the phone by replacing the touch pad vide service report no.   SOIN0780341709010017 dated 28.09.2017, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
