The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 66,820/- as full and final settlement has been released to the complainant in the form of DD bearing no. 666950 dated 24.05.2023, copy of the same is placed on record. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
