                   File taken up today on an application moved by the complainant.  Complainant made a statement that he has received a demand draft No. 950709 dated 31.03.2022 amounting of Rs. 12,999/- drawn at Bank of Maharashtra in full and final settlement of his claims. Nothing is due towards the respondents. Mobile phone is already in custody of New Mass Communication and he will not claim the mobile.

                   In view of the abovesaid statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
