The complainant is present in person.
Today the record is placed in view of the put up petition filed by the complainant.
By filing a petition the complainant has stated that as the grievance of him have already been redressed by the OPs amicably out of Court, he is not willing to proceed with this complaint further and prays for withdrawal of the complaint.
According to the complainant if this prayer is not allowed he will be seriously prejudiced prayer is made by the complainant for allowing this application.

Upon perusal of the application filed today by the complainant we have noticed that where the complainant is not inclined to proceed further with this complaint as the dispute has already been settled by the OPs out of Court, hence the complaint is dismissed.
Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint no- 256/2018 is hereby dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.
Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
