ORDER

This matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

                   Sh. Pankaj Khullar, Advocate appearing as Proxy for Sh. Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for respondent No.1, on getting instructions, states that battery of the laptop will be replaced with a new battery. Needful shall be done within 15 days from today. He further states that from the date of its replacement, the battery will carry warranty of three months.

                   Offer made is acceptable to the appellant, only with a rider that the warranty be given for a period of six months.

                   We feel that the claim raised by the appellant is justified.

                   Accordingly, we order that in terms of settlement, let battery, in question, be replaced with a new battery and it shall carry warranty of six months.

                   In view of above settlement, the appeal stands disposed of.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
