As per office report, record of the District Forum has been received.

                   After arguing for some time, when we are not going to issue notice, appellant prayed that let the appeal be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the appellant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
