ORDER

Attendence has not been filed by eigther of the parties. The petitioner has left the Pairwi in the case since 10/08/2016. on 26/10/2016 the petitioner  was directed to do the Pairwi in the case saying that otherwise the case shall be dismissed in default. In spite in that no attendence has been filed from the side of petitiner since then and no body appeared on his behalf on call which go to show the petitioner has no interest in case.

                                       Upon the aforesaid consideration this Consumer complainant case is being dismissed for default.
