Counsel for OP 1 & 2 states that they are ready to refund the cost of the laptop  i.e. 55,000 as full and final settlement for which complainant also agreed. OP is directed to make the payment within 4 weeks from today on the resident of the complainant wherein they receive old laptop. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed as settled.
