This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to handover the rectified said mobile with warranty on free of cost to the complainant or replace the same model with a new branded mobile to the complainant at free of cost or refund a sum of Rs.7,999/- together with interest to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental pain and agony suffered by the complainant and monetary loss due to the deficiency in service and unfair trade practice with cost of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant’s Counsel has filed a Memo stating that the matter is settled between the parties.  Hence, the Memo recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.
