Today   is fixed  for filing  written  statement, but  perusal   on record  it appears  that  opp. party   have  filed  vakalatnama   without  any  direction    from  this  commission.  Opp. party    have   appeared  and matter  was   posted  for written  statement  . However  , this   commission   have   not yet   admitted  the   complaint   petition   to issue   direction   to the   opp. party    to file   written  statement  , but  as   the   matter  of dispute   has  been  amicably  settled   out side  the court   by filing  a joint  petition    no- 457/21 informing   the fact   that the   grievances   of the   complainant   has  already   been  met  out by   the  opp. party- M/S LenovoIndia Pvt Ltd.   and  he  does  not  want to  proceed  against  the  opp. party   and  prays  for   withdrawal  of the  proceeding. Considering   the  above  fact  and  considering  the joint    petition   filed   by the  parties   the case  is   dismissed   on withdrawal.
