                     Complainant made statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite Parties. Hence, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
