ORDER:        

                   File taken up today on the application of Decree Holder. Decree Holder made statement that he has received new mobile phone Lenova K-3 Note bearing IMEI no.869737027981973 and a cheque bearing no.015735 dated 01.12.2016 of Rs.1100/-  from the Judgment Debtors in compliance of the order under execution and now nothing is due against the opposite parties. Hence, he wants to withdraw the execution petition being fully satisfied. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.                 In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
