ORDER   Per Hon’ble Shri. V. P. Utpat, President                                         :- Order Below Exh.1 -:                                       Dated- 10th October 2013   1.                Complainant has filed purshis dated 31/08/2013 stating that he has received the value of the defective Laptop and he has handed over the defective Laptop to the Opponent. Complainant has further stated that as the dispute is amicably settled he does not want to proceed with the complaint and wants to withdraw the same. Complaint is allowed to be withdrawn. Proceedings closed.   2.                Parties are directed to collect the sets which are provided for the Hon’ble Members within one month from the date of order. Else those will be destroyed.                      Copy of order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.
