Present:       None. 

                   Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant. But he has not appeared. Perusal of the file reveals that after filing the complaint, notice was sent to the opposite party through registered post, but the same received back with the report: “Left”. Thereafter complainant herself did not appear on the last three dates despite court notice served to her through her husband on the last date of hearing. Case called several times since morning. But today also, neither the complainant nor her representative appeared before this Commission.  It is already 3:00 P.M.  No more wait is justified. Present complaint is therefore, dismissed in default.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
