            The case is put up on the strength of an advance petition filed by the petitioner. Advocate for both parties have filed compromise petition to withdraw the case, wherein stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out side the court and the petitioner do not want to proceed with the case. Petition is heard and it is allowed. Accordingly the case is withdrawn on the basis of withdrawal petition filed by the complainant.
