ORDER

Complainant absent. OP represented. Learned advocate for the OP alongwith list of documents filed a cheque no. 960515 of HDFC Bank drawn in favour of the complainant for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- as per the terms of compromise recorded in the compromise petition dated 20.07.2024.

As such the compromise decree stands satisfied accordingly the Present complaint case is disposed off in terms of decree.

Complainant is directed to appear before the office and to receive the cheque as soon as possible and office is directed to handover the cheque to the complainant after verification and identification of the complainant.

Accountant is directed to keep the cheque in safe custody.
