None for the appellant is present. Adv.Gaikwad for the Respondent is present. As the parties are absent since long, notice was issued to both the parties in response to which Respondent appeared through Adv.Gaikwad. But none for the appellants turned up. The office copy of the notice reflects that it was issued on the correct address of the appellants given in the appeal memo. Therefore it will have to be presumed that the appellants are served with notice, but they are absent. Hence the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default and accordingly it is dismissed in default.
