Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

In our view the impugned order passed in Appeal No. 857 of 2003, by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, does not call for any interference. The State Commission had directed reimbursement on the basis of the surveyor’s report for the damage to the tractor and trolley belonging to the insured. Hence, this revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

It is to be stated that the Insurance Company has already paid the amount alongwith interest as awarded by the State Commission.
