ORDER

     On the previous date of hearing, agent of complainant was present in person, therefore, well aware of the date fixed today. Vide order dated 15.02.2018, complainant was directed to file correct address of OPs within 10 days and thereafter notice was ordered to be issued to the OPs for today. However, today neither the complainant nor his counsel is present nor the complainant has taken any steps for further progress in the complaint i.e. to say filing of correct address. In these circumstances, we have no option except to dismiss the present consumer complaint for want of appearance of the complainant as well as non compliance of the order of this Forum.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned
