None has appeared on behalf of the appellant.

A perusal of the order sheet has also depicted that the appellant has not taken the steps for notice to be issued upon the respondents within the stipulated period, as directed by this Commission.

In such circumstances, in the absence of the appellant as well as on account of not taking the steps in compliance of the order of this Commission, the appeal is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs.
