The learned counsel for both the parties apprised that settlement had been reached between the parties, a copy of which had been placed before the bench. The learned counsel stated that the appeal should be disposed of in terms of the said settlement.

Accordingly, First Appeal No.151 of 2016 stands disposed of in terms of the settlement reached between the parties.
