The complainant Suranjan Sarkar is not present. Record shows that as per order of this Forum Dealing assistant had contacted with the complainant and requested him to appear before the Forum today. But the complainant has not appeared. He also did not take any step.

Record further shows that since filing of the complaint and since posting of various dates for hearing of admission on the complaint, complainant remained absent all through. 

The conduct of the complainant shows that he is not at all interested to proceed with the complaint.

Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
