Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have challenged the impugned order dated 23.03.2023 passed by the learned District Commission,Sundargarh - I. He also submitted that the learned District Commission has passed the impugned order U/S 38(8)of C.P.Act,2019 as if the relief which has been granted is the main prayer in the complaint petition. He submitted that no opportunity has been given to the O.Ps to comply the order which has  been passed to deposit four outstanding installments not paid earlier and to release the vehicle within seven days.Therefore, he prayed to set aside the impugned order dated 23.03.2023 by allowing the revision petition.

3.      Considered the submission. Perused the impugned order.

4.      We have gone through the impugned order. We are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 23.03.2023   which was passed by the learned DistrictCommission, Sundargarh - I. However, we hereby direct the learned revision petitioners(O.Ps) to place all the issues as raised before us before the learned District Commission and the learned District Commission will dispose of the interim order after hearing of both parties  within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.  The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned District Commission on 23.05.2023 to take further instruction from it. 

5.      Revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
