                                    OP No.1 and 3 exparte.

Both the parties stated that a compromise has been effected between them.  Their statement recorded separately.  In view of the statement of the counsel for the OP No.2 and 4, the OP No.4 will pay Rs.9,975.- through cheque as full and final settlement to the complainant against the mobile accessories & original bill.  The complainant shall deposit the mobile accessories and original bill with the service centre.  Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.  The OP No.2 and 4 is directed to pay Rs.9,975/- through cheque to the complainant within 45 days from the date of deposit of the mobile accessories and original bill by the complainant.  Disposed of accordingly.  File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
