                    The matter has been compromised between the parties in the Lok Adalat. Their statement recorded separately.  Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.  The Ops are directed to repair the mobile handset of the complainant by replacing the defective parts, free of cost and deliver it to the complainant in working condition within 30 days.  The complaint disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
