         Heard both the parties on delay condonation application.  There is delay of 17 days in filing appeal.  Delay does not appear to be intentional or deliberate.  In the interest of justice delay in filing appeal is hereby condoned subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- payable to respondent/complainant.  Payment of costs is condition precedent.  Costs be paid on or before next date.  On payment of costs appeal will be taken up for hearing on admission on 30/03/2020.
