1. Lava Service Centre Jitesh Kumar Service Care Centre, 110 Mugal Canal, Karnal through its prop/partner.

2. Lava international Ltd. 56-A, Sectgor-64, Noida-201301 UP India through its MD.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act

                   Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Opposite Parties.

ORDER:

                   The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties made statement that opposite parties are ready to make payment of Rs.2500/- after deducting the depreciated amount of the original cost of the mobile  i.e. Rs.3900/- and demanded some time. Thereafter, learned counsel for complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing.

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
