                                                            JUDGMENT

                          That the complainant filed a petition that he has purchased a Lava-3G 402 from the OP No.1 who is the dealer of the Lava Mobiles Phones. vide No.2513 dated 12.10.2013 a sum of Rs.5500/- vide IMEI NO-911328300780593 with a warranty of one years. After purchase of few days, the mobile phone became defect the lanse problems. The complainat approached the care centre in several times but the care centre not taken any action. But the Ops have not responding to the complainant. Hence the complainant approached the forum for the proper justice and direct to the ops to refund the cost of the mobile.

2.                     The forum filed the  case and given notice to the Ops . after receiving the notice out of the court the matter has been settled with the ops and the complainant. the ops replaced the defective handset with a brand new handset model No. Lava iris 456, Sl. No.45614A4008256 IMEI No.1 911331850838563 and IMEI No.2. 911331850938561 as on 13.03.2014. The complainant also satisfied. Both filed the compromise memo before the forum today. The complainant also received the said set. The complainant also filed the ID proff and voter ID and handed over the old set

                        On the above such with the satisfaction memo filed by the complainant and the Ops. the forum order to drop the case. No cost and litigation charges thereon. Copy of the order supplied the both the parties.
