With the observations, the objections taken by the vendors, JD No. 2 and JD No. 3 to the draft sale deed submitted by the DHs and approved by JD No. 1, are hereby dismissed with costs of Rs. 2500/- to be paid by each of them to the DH Society. The Sale Deed shall now be executed by the parties as per draft sale deed at page 104 and with clause (ix) within a period of 30 days from today failing which JD Nos. 2 and 3 shall personally remain present for trial under Section 27(1) of the C.P. Act, 1986. It may be noted that JD Nos. 2 and 3 have not sought extension of time for execution of the sale deed and their conduct lack bonafides.

Order accordingly.
