Perusal of the record shows that appearance of complainant is very erratic. Apart from that since 23.11.2022 complainant is not appearing. Today is the 3^rd consecutive date on which complainant is not present. It seems that Complainant is not interested in contesting his matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for, willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation.
