Present:       Sh.Yash Paul, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.Rajan Sharma, Group Head, Pre Owned Cars of Lally Motors/OP                         

                   alongwith counsel Sh.M.S.Sethi, Advocate.

 

          Ms.Babita, Member has not come present today. Sh.Rajan Sharma, Group Head, Pre Owned Cars of Lally Motors/OP has come present and has suffered a statement that the OPs is ready to refund the amount of Rs.15,000/- plus Rs.2000/- in total Rs.17,000/- in settlement of the dispute in full and final.

          On the other hand, Sh.Yash Paul, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that he has read the statement of Sh.Rajan Sharma, Group Head, Pre Owned Cars Lally Motor and accept the same. In case the OPs failed to pay the agreed amount within 15 days from today, then penalty will be imposed on the OPs. In view of statement of OPs, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

          In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. In case the order is not complied with by the OP. The complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint to recover the amount. File be consigned to record room.
