                    This order of this Commission will dispose off the present Misc.application. This Commission has received a  cheque of Rs.21665/- ( Rupees Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five Only ) in compliance of the order dated 23.5.2024 of the Hon’ble State Commission. As per the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, amount is to be released to the opposite party No.4 MRF Tyres. No appeal against the order of the Hon’ble State Commission is pending before the Hon’ble National Commission or any other court of law. It is, therefore, ordered that let the amount of Rs. 21665/- ( Rupees Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five Only ) received from the Hon’ble State Commission be disbursed to authorized person of MRF Tyrers, appellant/opposite party No.4 under proper receipt and identification. File be consigned to the record room.
