             Today, case is fixed for filing reply to the application u/s 13 (1) (C) of Consumer Protection Act. At this stage, Sh.Ashok.K.Sud. Director M/s Sudsons Woollens Pvt. Ltd. has come present and has suffered a statement that as per email dated 23.12.14, OP5 M/s Volkswagen Group Sales agreed to replace the engine of car in question without any charges and the copy of the said e-mail is placed on the file. In view of the abovesaid e-mail dated 23.12.14, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

             In view of statement suffered by Sh.Ashok.K.Sud, Director of M/s Sudsons Woolens Pvt. Ltd. the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
