2.         Honda Siel Cars India Ltd., Plot No.A-1, Sector 40-41, Surajpur Kasna Road, Greater Noida Industrial Development Area, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar (UP) Pin 201306 through its Managing Director/Chairman.

                        The complainant has appeared in person and moved an application for withdrawing the complaint. It is stated therein the application that an out of court settlement has been reached between the complainant and the OP No.1 and in view of the mutual settlement between the parties, the complainant does not want to pursue/proceed with the complaint and it is prayed that the complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
