ORDER

     An application for withdrawal of the present complaint  has been received on behalf of complainant through petition box. Per contents of the application, which are supported with affidavit of complainant, the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
