On 20.04.2016, Sh. Wariyam Chand – complainant had suffered a statement, which has been recorded separately to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint due to certain technical defects and he also sought permission to file fresh complaint, if required.

In  view of the said statement, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is given liberty to file fresh complaint, as per law.

The file be indexed & consigned to the Record Room.
