     “It is humbly submitted by the complainant that complainant is withdrawing the complaint and the claim of the complainant is totally withdrawn and as such the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the complaint without costs and thereby pass necessary orders as prayed for under the circumstances of the case.  Hence the Memo”

In view of the said memo, the complaint is dismissed as no costs.
