Heard Mr. R. K. Adhikary, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant. Also heard  Mr. S. Chouhan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

   This is an application for condoning of delay the  days of 194 in preferring the accompanying Revision Petition. We have perused the statements made in the application. The grounds for delay has been explained at paragraph 1 and 2 of the application. Mr. S. Chouhan fairly submitted that he has no objection if the delay is condoned, as prayed for.  In view of this and also considering the statements made on oath in para 1 and 2 of the application, also for ends of justice, delay in preferring the accompanying revision petition is condoned

               Misc. case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
