Heard counsel for the petitioner. 

         The above revision has been filed against the order of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 17.04.2023 by which while admitting the appeal, the appellant was directed to deposit the entire decretal amount before the District Forum and the complainant was permitted to withdraw it on furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the District Forum.  I do not find any material irregularity and defect in the order passed by the District Forum.  The revision has no merit.  It is dismissed.  Counsel for the petitioner relied upon the judgment of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 7098 of 2021 and connected appeals, Manohar Infrastructure Constructions Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Sanjeev Kr. Sharma & Ors. in which the matter for consideration was proviso to Section 51 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  This case has no application in the present case.
