Petitioner has challenged the orders passed by the State Commission by which the State Commission has directed the petitioner to make an ex-gracia payment of Rs.25,000/- to the respondent.

Counsel for the petitioner, after taking instructions in pursuance to our order dated 12.5.2009, states that the petitioners are prepared

-2-

to make payment of ex-gracia of Rs.15,000/- to the respondent.

Petitioner would now pay Rs.15,000/- as ex-gracia amount to the respondent instead of Rs.25,000/-.  To that extent, order of the State Commission stands modified.

We have passed this order without issuing notice to the respondent in order to avoid the litigation and other expenses.  In case, the respondent is aggrieved by this order, she is put at liberty to move an application for recall of the order.

Petitioner is directed to pay/send the sum of Rs.15,000/- to the respondent within four weeks.

Revision petition is disposed of in above terms.
