                                                            ORDER

                        The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. The certificate issued u/s 25(3) of the C.P.Act to the District Collector, New Delhi, had been received back unserved. The complainant was to furnish the correct address & particulars of concerned District Collector of New Delhi but it appears that he has not been able to find out the same and therefore none has appeared for the complainant. The execution application is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. However, the complainant may file afresh execution application as and when the correct address or particulars of concerned District Collector of New Delhi comes to his knowledge, as permitted by law.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
