Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that as per his instructions, the dispute, subject matter of the present Appeal, has since been amicably settled with the Respondent/Complainant and, therefore, he has instructions not to press the Appeal.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.

Since the Appeal is being withdrawn at the threshold, the statutory amount deposited at the time of filing this Appeal may be refunded to the Appellant.
