“Case is called out.

None is present on behalf of the appellant, although Sh. Anurag Nautiyal, learned counsel for the appellant was present on 11.02.2022.

According to office report dated 17.08.2022, steps for service of notice upon respondent have not been taken by the appellant. 

However, in the interest of justice, one more and last opportunity is provided to the appellant for taking steps for service of notice upon respondent.

Steps be taken within a week.

Put up on 01.09.2022 for further orders.”

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
