                                                   ORDER             

          This is an application for refund of the statutory amount deposited by the appellant in Appeal No. 582/2012; ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. Vs Lal Singh.

          The appeal has been filed by the appellant, being Appeal No. 582/2012 has been allowed vide judgment and order dated           02-02-2018.         

          In view of the aforesaid, the amount so deposited before this Commission is directed to be refunded to the appellant alongwith interest within four weeks in accordance with law.  

          The application is disposed of.
