Sh.S.S.Bains-Counsel for complainants has made the following statement, recorded separately:-
“Due to technical defect, the complainants do not want to pursue this complaint. As per the instructions, I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants reserve their right to file a fresh complaint qua the same cause of action before the proper forum/court against the proper party”
Sh.Navdeep Chugh-Complainant No.2 is also present and signed the said statement. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the proper forum/court against the proper party, as per law.
