Present:       Complainant in person with Shri Ashwani Kumar Goel, Advocate.

                   Shri Ram Saroop Gulati, Proprietor in person.

                                               

OP No.2 has appeared and made a statement that he will pay Rs.7000/- to complainant, subject to return of old mattress.

   Complainant has also made a statement that he has heard the aforesaid statement. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the aforesaid statements, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
